“HANDS OFF” Easy Fundraising!

Competition for donations is fierce…provide a product they can use for years to come!

As “Green Suppliers” to USA Triathlon, our bottles are used by their Olympic and Professional athletes, coaches and trainers and are the highest quality and the lightest weight on the market all meeting and/or exceeding FDA requirements and the European Standards.  Eco Sports Bottle would like to offer our products to your organization as a way to raise funds while providing your athletes and families with a healthy way to hydrate while preserving our environment.    

We do a tremendous amount of fundraising with organizations across the country and have many simple ways you can raise funds “hands off” with no money transfer, no up front purchases, no shipping, etc. you just receive a donation check from us at the end of each month for as long as you would like to continue the program(s).  We can custom tailor programs to meet your specific needs.

As the parents of three young children, and running multiple companies, we understand that organizations cannot take on any additional tasks and thus make every effort to support and work with you. 

Three simple “HANDS OFF” approaches with no upfront purchases necessary:

1. We provide your organization with a coupon code for purchases made through our web site.  This enables us to offer products at a price you determine as well as track online purchases to make donations back to your organization. We can provide a banner ad linked to our site which can be placed on your web site, online store, via an e-newsletter, or in print media as it contains our web address, etc. 

2. We provide your organization with images of your logo(s) superimposed onto the products of your choice for posting on your site, in e-newsletters, etc. which can also be hot linked directly to our site.  Typically this program is used with a designated order period where orders are taken, products are screened then delivered in bulk.  We process all online purchases and local bulk order deliveries free of charge.  If you do not want to redistribute product, individual online orders will be charged shipping and delivered directly to that customer.

3. Sell product at your organization’s event(s) such as picture day, opening day, open house, etc. via a booth.  If we are available, we would be happy to set up and man a booth at your event, or you may choose to add our products to any existing booth or vending facility.  Ask us about consignment.

Logo Screening

If your organization would like to logo screen and receive product screened up front, you will need to pay a 50% deposit prior to screening with the balance due prior to delivery.  Inks and processing are EPA approved.

Monthly Donations - Relax and collect your check!

At the end of each fundraiser, or each month for ongoing efforts, Eco Sports Bottle will make a donation to your organization for the funds raised (amount over wholesale).
